PT. Bando Electronics Indonesia is one of the leading automotive and industrial power transmission belt manufacturers in Indonesia. It has one main plant located in Tangerang with its marketing office in Central Jakarta.
The company was established in November 1987; a joint venture by an Indonesian company, PT. Kreasi Utama Investama and Bando Chemical Industry, Ltd. of Japan. In forming the company, Bando Chemical Industry provided manufacturing technology to produce the belts while PT. Kreasi Utama Investama provides access to the necessary raw materials. The company has a mission to be in a position as a low cost producer and as a market leader in the fast growing Indonesian and Global market, sustaining its advantage through efficient production, widespread distribution and more than a decade of operating experience.
