PT Bukaka Forging Industries is a subsidiary of Bukaka, which was acquired on December 22, 2014 and legalized with Notarial Act of Andy Aziz S.H., No. 9 dated 22 December 2014 and attained approval from Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia in a Decision Letter No. AHU-0134292.40.80.2014 dated 22 December 2014. The Bukaka’s subsidiary runs the manufacturing and supplying of automotive parts and other machinery components (non-automotive) using quality forged steel as basic material. The product composition shows that 70% of the component produced is for two-wheeled vehicle while the rest of the component is for four-wheeled vehicle and other machinery.
As the only forging company that applies Extrude Forging Technology in Indonesia, PT Bukaka Forging Industries cater the various specific demands from customers, such as PT Showa Indonesia Manufacturing, PT Inti Ganda Perdana, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, and PT Hino Indonesia. Bukaka owns 96.81% stake in the company. PT Bukaka Forging Industries is located on Jl. Raya Narogong KM 19.5 Cileungsi, Bogor, West Java, 16820.
