PT. JTrust Bank Indonesia Tbk is a subsidiary of J Trust Co., Ltd. (Toranomon First Garden, 1-7-12 Toranomon, Minato-ku). J Trust Indonesia established to take over the Mutiara Bank management. The company also selected as the winner among 11 other companies. In November 2014, the company is exempt from the regulation 40% of the limit of foreign shareholders in commercial banks of Indonesia, making J Trust Indonesia as the owner of 99% shares from the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK).
As a large shareholder, J Trust changed its name to PT BANK JTRUST INDONESIA Tbk on March 30, 2015. J Trust banks provide quality services based on Japanese quality services to the people in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
