The Bank has a subsidiary namely PT Resona Indonesia Finance, which is engaged in leasing, consumer financing and factoring. PT Resona Indonesia Finance was originally named PT Daiwa Lippo Leasing Corporation, which was established in August 1984.
In 2014, PT Resona Indonesia Finance got award as “One of Ten Best Financing Company for Financial Statement Year 2013” in the category of total asset below Rp500 billion from Indonesian Financial Services Association. In addition, it also received an award as “Financing Company with A Very Good Financial Performance” from InfoBank magazine based on financial statement year 2013.
As the majority shareholder, the Bank conducts monthly supervision over the financial performance of PT Resona Indonesia Finance and annual audit which performed by the Bank’s Internal Audit Task Force
(SKAI).
In order to support its operational activity and development, the Bank also provides loan to PT Resona Indonesia Finance.
