Toyo Engineering Corporation is a Japanese engineering, procurement and construction company serving mainly the hydrocarbons (oil and natural gas) and petrochemical sectors worldwide.
Its various business lines include R&D support, design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, technical assistance for industrial facilities : oil, gas, oil & gas development, petrochemicals, chemicals, water treatment, transportation systems, power generation, nuclear power, advanced production systems, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, distribution systems, biotechnology, environment as well as IT engineering services and system software supply.
The company established two head offices, in Chiba (Engineering Center) and in Tokyo (Registered Office). It was established in May 1st, 1961 and has become a giant business group ever since. The Toyo group is currently consisting of 27 subsidiaries, 11 affiliates, and 4,463 employees consolidated worldwide. Its overseas offices are located in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Korea, China, Iran, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Russia, Canada, USA, Mexico, Venezuela and Brazil.
